| Choctaw Preserve's Policies |
| Deposit and Cancellation Policy |
| A limited refundable deposit equal to 50% of anticipated trophy and daily rates is required with the return of a signed contract, confirming all hunts. Any reductions in the number of guests, or cancellations sixty days prior to arrival are subject to 100% refund of the deposit. |
| Rescheduling Policy |
| Any notification of rescheduling of hunts with a thirty day notice will transfer in full 100% of ones deposit to the next season hunting schedule. |
| Method of Payment |
| Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Cash. |
| Daily Rates |
| $225 per day per Hunter |
| $125 per day per Non-Hunter |
| Meals are included. |
